Hiking the hills of Southern Oregon with a couple of friends from work… Turned into a great day in the mountains. With a summit of 5545 ft and an elevation gain of almost 2600 ft in a little over 3.5 miles, it was a leg and lung burner for me, but worth it. For a comparison, set your treadmill to 14% incline and walk 3.5 miles… see how that feels!!! And… pizza and beer in the evening makes it all better!!
